Delivery within Austria:

If your country is not in our list, please write us an E-Mail as well. We will send you a customized offer.
During our business hours (Monday – Thursday 08:00 – 16:30; Friday 08:00 – 12:45) it is possible to pick up your order with no extra costs.
We are usually closed on bridge days, therefore if you want to pick up your delivery on a bridge day, you need an appointment.
Minimum Quantity Surcharge:
For orders with a value of less than 25,- € (excl. Tax) or 30,- € (incl. Tax) a manipulation fee of 8,- € (excl.Tax) or 9,60 € (incl. Tax) will be added.
We have no stock in our shop, therefore a delay in delivery or part delivery is possible. If so, we will provide you with an order confirmation which includes information about the time of delivery.
You have the right to return the received goods within 14 (fourteen) days after receipt without giving any reasons. The cancellation period is 14 days and begins with the earliest days of receipt of goods by the recipient.
To enforce your cancellation right, you have to inform us and send us your name, adress, phone number & e-mail adress with an clear declaration (for example via letter, fax or e-mail) on your decision to cancel our contract.
Consequences of a Cancellation:
In case you cancel the contract, we are obliged to return all payments we received including delivery costs (except extra costs for a special typ of delivery which is not included in our standard delivery) immediate and at the least within 14 days from the day we received the returned goods. The refund will be returned via the payment method which you have chosen for the original order (except credit cards) unless we have agreed on a different payment method. On no account will be extra costs for the refund.
